Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that even though valid building permission is granted to him, including construction of a compound wall, the officials of the respondent - Corporation are trying to interfere and obstruct such construction. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation fairly submits that there is no such interference made by the officials of the respondent - Corporation and there is no cause for the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court.

When valid building permission is granted to the petitioner and he is undertaking construction in terms thereof, there is no cause for the petitioner for such apprehension and to approach this Court alleging interference by the respondent - Corporation. If the petitioner has any grievance against the illegal interference by the respondent - Corporation, he ought to have filed a complaint, but could not have directly approached this Court on the mere apprehension and without any cause. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint before the

Commissioner of the respondent - Corporation for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
