When the matter is taken up for hearing, on written instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the police have registered a case in Cr.No.37 of 2018 on 26-02-2018 under Sections 465, 467, 468, 448, 506 r/w.34 IPC and taken up investigation. In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
