THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3056 of 2012 ORDER:

On the demise of the learned counsel for the petitioners being brought to its notice, this Court, by order dated 16.08.2013, directed notice being issued to the petitioners. The note placed before this Court today shows that notice was sent to the petitioners on 20.08.2013, and was served on them on 04.09.2013; and, on verification, no vakalat/appearance had been filed till today in the Registry.

As neither have the petitioners appeared before this Court nor have they entered appearance through counsel, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
