This Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners to quash the proceedings in FIR No.634 of 2016 on the file of P.S. Narsingi, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 417, 420 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of DPA Act and Section 66-A of ITA-2000-2008.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Criminal Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.6493 of 2017.

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of Criminal Petition No.6493 of 2017, dt. 31.07.2017. With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. The Office is directed to append the copy of the Order dt.31.07.2017 in Criminal Petition No.6493 of 2017 to this Order. The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
