THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2561 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that he had given a representation to the 4th respondent on 18.12.2017 requesting promotion as Panchayat Secretary Grade-III from 05.10.2016 instead of from 08.05.2017 and that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
