THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 2339 OF 2015 ORDER:

After generating considerable amount of debate in this civil revision petition which is directed against the refusal of the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (PoA) Act, 1989-cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, to allow an additional issue as sought for by the petitioner herein who is the first defendant in the suit, to come on record, the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Ugra Narasimha would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner herein to seek an appropriate issue to be framed by the Court insofar as the contention urged in paragraph 5 of the written statement.

Preserving the said liberty to the petitioner herein, this civil revision petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall stand dismissed. No costs.
