HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 2474 OF 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 3.1.2018 to the 4th respondent seeking to affect his promotion from 5.10.2016 as Panchayat Secretary Grade III instead of 14.11.2017 and contends that the 4th respondent has not disposed of the same.

Government Pleader for Services, appearing for 4th respondent, states that the 4th respondent will decide the said representation within eight weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.03.01.2018 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
