HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.1 of 2019 IN/AND Crl.P.No.855 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.475 of 2018 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.506 of 2013 of WPS, CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 354, 354A, 354B, 354C, 354D & 201 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.475 of 2018 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
