THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1532 of 2009 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time on 05.01.2017 for filing a petition for bringing the affected parties on record, and when the matter was listed on 14.06.2017, no application was filed. The petitioner sought time on that day. Time was granted on payment of cost of Rs.500/- and the same was not paid. Today when the matter is listed, learned Counsel Ms.Priyanka, representing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is not in contact with the learned Counsel. However, she sought further time.

In view of the above circumstances, the time as sought is rejected, and the Writ Petition is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
