THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2501 OF 2018 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not passing orders on the application of the petitioners, dated 01.07.2017 for grant of e-pattadar pass books-cum-title deeds and for mutation of their names in all 'Online Web Land Revenue Records' maintained by the fourth respondent in respect of agricultural lands of an extent of Acs.0.79 1⁄2 cents, Acs.0.05 cents and Acs.1.07 cents respectively covered by Survey Nos.33/2, 35/3 and 32/1 of Mangapathidevipet Revenue Village in Koyyalagudem Mandal of West Godavari District. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the said application was rejected as the petitioners were not in possession and enjoyment of the said lands. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no order of rejection was communication to the petitioners.

In the circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to communicate the copy of the order of rejection within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
