HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.20176 of 2017 ORDER:

Though the prayer is substantially against inaction in disposing of the representations dated 07.01.2015 and 08.04.2016, Sri N. Subba Rao, learned counsel for petitioners, has fairly drawn the attention of the court to the order in Case No.B/ 1021/ 2012 dated 07.11.2014 of 4th respondent and the operative portion reads thus: " Point No.3: Whether there is any vacant land available in Sy.No.972?

The ground status of the total land of Ac.15.32 in Sy.No.972 has already mentioned at page No.10 of this order. There is no unallotted remaining land out of Sy.No.972.

In the result the application of the petitioners for issue of PPB & TDs is rejected as the request being not genuine and supported by official records."

2. Learned counsel requests the court to permit the petitioners to workout remedies against the order in Case No.B/ 1021/ 2012 dated 07.11.2014 before 3rd respondent. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The petitioners, if files appeal before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent takes note of time spent by the petitioners in pursuing the representations and passes orders in accordance with law, if there is any delay in this behalf. Since the order was already passed on 07.11.2014, this court finds it difficult to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations as prayed for by the petitioners.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 21.06.2017 BSS
