HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND HON'BLE SMT.JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL APPEAL No.660 of 2012 JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) 1) The sole accused in Sessions Case No.114 of 2011 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) at Asifabad, is the appellant herein. He tried for an offence punishable under Section 302 IPC, for causing the death of one Ramalakshmi by stabbing with a knife on her throat. Vide judgment, dated 27.06.2012, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, convicted the accused for an offence punishable under Section 302 IPC and convicted him to suffer " life imprisonment" and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/ -, in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of one month.

2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the appellant, who is the sole accused in S.C.No.114 of 2011, died on 18.07.2013 and nothing survives for adjudication.

3) Recording the said submission, the Criminal Appeal, is closed as abated.
