HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 5384 of 2009 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not granting any stay on the petition filed by the petitioner in his Revision Petition No.2(14)/2007-RC-II, and not disposing of the same as per the pleadings raised by him under the provisions of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Mineral Concession Rules, 1960.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
