Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture for respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has applied for renewal of seed licence, on 25.04.2016 through online web portal in Form-'C'. But so far the said application is not processed and renewal is not granted. Petitioner claims that several representations are made for granting of renewal. But there is no response.

That being so, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the competent authority to examine whether the competent authority has received the application for renewal and the reminders and if renewal is permissible at this distance of time, the same may be examined and appropriate orders be passed, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
