This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner in respect of Fair Price Shop No.6 of Razole Village and Mandal, East Godavari District.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed before this Court the suspension order, dated 13.11.2017, which was served on the petitioner on 22.11.2017.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 13.11.2017, before appropriate forum.
