On 05-10-2015, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 06-10-2015. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the morning session or the afternoon session.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 01-09-2006 made by the petitioner duly specifying the reasonable tuition fee in

respect of C-Category under Rule 9(i) (c) of G.O.Ms.No.488, dated 05-09-2003. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the 1st respondent has disposed of the representation dated 01-09-2006 said to have been made by the petitioner and that the petitioner has already completed the course. Having regard to the circumstances stated above, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
