Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police & Station House Officer, Devarakonda Police Station, Kurnool District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. It is stated in the said instructions that respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein have never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioners during the investigation of the crime or after filing of the charge sheet.

Having regard to the said instructions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by placing on record the above said written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police & Station House Officer, Devarakonda Police Station, Kurnool District. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
