ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner made a complaint on 12.10.2018 alleging that though respondents 5 to 12 have committed cognizable offence and crime is not registered, this writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of FIR No. 74 of 2019 registered based on the crime reported by the petitioner. In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
