Learned counsel for the petitioners, though, initially made request for adjournment, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and the same was assigned C.C.No.1073 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally. In that view of the matter, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
