O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he has field complaint against the 5th respondent, who is working as Sub-Inspector of Police, Duggondi Mandal Police Station, to the 2nd respondent - Deputy Inspector General of Police on 24.07.2017, and as no action is being taken, he filed the present writ petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Duggondi Police Station, Warangal District dated 15.02.2019, wherein it is stated as under: "It is respectfully submitted that on enquiry by the respondent No.4 it was disclosed that a case was registered against the petitioner and his family members in Cr.No.91/2016 U/s. 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P.

Act of Duggondi Police Station, wherein the petitioner requested the Sub-Inspector of Police to delete the names of his family members, but the SubInspector of Police issued U/s 41(B) Cr.P.C. notices to him and his family members, as such the petitioner kept the same in mind and with an intention to escape his family members from the above crime filed a false petition against the Sub-Inspector of Police and one Police Constable. As such after enquiry the respondent No.4 had submitted an enquiry report on 14.10.2017 to the respondent No.3 stating that the petitioner intentionally filed a false petition against the SubInspector of Police and Police Constable, as such no further action is required and the petition may kindly be set aside.

It is respectfully submitted that similarly the petitioner also filed a petition before Human Rights Commission on 2.2.2018 on the same issue, wherein the respondent No.4 has submitted a report to the Human Rights Commission on 28.03.2018. It is to inform you that the petitioner is in the habit of filing false petitions against the police officers." Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

From the above written instructions it is clear that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and found to be false. Recording the written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of.
