When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor represented that the investigating agency filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as C.C. No.337 of 2015 in the present crime and no cause survives since the present petition filed to quash the proceedings at crime stage.

2) However, Sri M.Roopender learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

3) Therefore, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition questioning the charge sheet.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
