HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 15875 of 2008 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ petition is pending since 2008 and it appeared before the Court on almost one dozen times. No interim order at any point of time was granted by this Court. Today, once again Sri S. Prithvi, learned counsel holding for Sri Ramakrishna, advocate on record for the petitioners, seeks adjournment. He is not in a position to argue the matter on merits. We are not inclined to grant adjournment as prayed.
Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioners to apply for its restoration, if they are serious in prosecuting it further.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
