This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner - defendant No.3 assailing the order, dated 23.12.2013, of the learned II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.1362 of 2013 in O.S.No.442 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner - defendant No.3 is present.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the suit itself was compromised and disposed of, on 16.04.2015, as per the information received from the trial Court. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
