THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.23605 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed seeking direction to the respondents to disconnect additional load of electricity supply given to the 9th respondent- institution; not to install HT Transformer of 50KV; and not to link the main drainage line with the private line of the 9th respondent-institution, etc.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 submits that no additional load is being given to the 9th respondent-institution afresh apart from the existing connection. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the main grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The writ petition is accordingly closed recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law with regard to the other grievances against the 9th respondent. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also closed. No order as to costs.
