ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed assailing order, dated 28.6.2006, in VMA.No.824 of 2005 in O.A.No.3763 of 2005 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad pending the said O.A.

At the hearing, Learned Government Pleader for

Services (Telangana State) submitted that as the aforementioned O.A. itself was disposed of during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
