The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 10.12.2016 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.90 cents, Ac.1.00 cents and Ac.1.00 cents in Survey Nos.349/2, 27/2A and 256/1, respectively, situated in Reddiganapavaram Revenue Village in Buttaigudem Mandal of West Godavari District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
Since the application of the petitioner dated 10.12.2016 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
