SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.10219 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.129 of 2008, pending on the file of the Station House Officer, Ravulapalem Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494 and 498 R/w.34 of I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, after investigation, charge sheet is filed only against Accused Nos.1 to 3 but not against the Petitioner/A-4. Learned Public Prosecutor also filed a copy of the judgment, dated 08.05.2015, in C.C. No.70 of 2012, by virtue of which the Court below acquitted the Accused Nos.1 to 3. 3.

Hence, recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as no further orders are required.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
