When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, dated 08.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhimavaram II Town Police Station, West Godavari District that basing on the report given by the petitioner herein, police have registered a case in Crime No.58 of 2018 on the file of Bhimavaram II Town Police Station under Sections 120-B and 497 read with 34 I.P.C.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
