This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in sending the police personnel to the house of the petitioner, calling the petitioner to the Yadagirigutta Police Station, Nalgonda District and illegally detaining the petitioner for settlement of family dispute with the 6th respondent with regard to custody of the children of the petitioner without there being any jurisdiction as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere in the family disputes more pertaining to custody of the children of the petitioner and 6th respondent herein ...:"

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that after investigation, on finding no merit, the case in Crime No.206 of 2014 of Yadagirigutta Police Station came to be closed.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to respondent No.6 to seek appropriate remedies, if any, with respect to the closure of the above said crime.
