This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.5045 of ?.022 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, filed for the offences under Sections 195-A, 196, 340 read with 342 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - accused and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record. 3.

In the event of the petitioner filing an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C., the same shall be considered by the Trial Court on conditions. 4.
