This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against the orders dated 18.12.2009 of the learned X Additional Senior Civil Judge (Judge, Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.308 of 2009 in O.S.No.2482 of 2005 filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure requesting to reject the affidavit filed in lieu of examination in chief of DW1 and direct to file a fresh affidavit confining the contents therein to the pleadings in the written statement.

Sri P. Surendra Babu, learned counsel, on instructions from the respondent would submit that the suit itself was disposed of on 16.02.2015 and that therefore no cause survives for adjudication. The note of the Registry also shows that the suit was disposed of on the said date. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
