THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13196 OF 2011 ORDER:

In the present writ petition challenge is to the opening and continuation of the history/rowdy sheet against the petitioners from the year 2003.

When the matter is called today, a letter addressed by the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Narsipatnam, has been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein it is stated that the police authorities closed the rowdy sheet against the petitioners vide proceedings No.16/H.S/ASP-NPM/2016.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication further in the writ petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
