Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellants and learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

This appeal is directed against the decree and judgment dated 07.07.2014 passed in A.S.No.21 of 2013 by the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that without going into the merits of the case, the trial Court can be directed to dispose of O.S.No.717 of 2010 within the prescribed time. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this appeal is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.717 of 2010 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
