Date :9.6.2015 Between :

Syed Abdul Quddus S/o Syed Khaleel R/o Akber Bagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad and others ... Petitioner and GHMC, rep by its Chief Commissioner, Tank bund, Hyd and another ... Respondents

The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Petitioners claim to have purchased House bearing No. 16-2-705/8/10 admeasuring 235.80 sq yards and House bearing No. 16-2-705/8/10/A admeasuring 122.20 sq yards at Akber bagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad and later they intend to construct a new building by demolishing the existing old house. Alleging that respondent corporation is not receiving the building permission application of the petitioners and insisting on TSLR certificate and NOC from the Revenue authorities, this writ petition is filed.

Learned standing counsel appearing for respondent corporation submits that building construction applications have to be submitted through E-Seva and E-Seva collects the same and forward it to the corporation and then corporation processes such application and therefore the question of not receiving the building permission application of the petitioners would not arise. Having regard to the submission of the learned standing counsel, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to submit building permission application as per the norms and procedure prescribed by respondent corporation and it is needless to observe that as and when such application is submitted by the petitioners, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and procedure envisaged. No costs.

Having regard to the same, all old miscellaneous petitions are closed.
