HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2551 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1 and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, offers to file appearance saying he got oral instructions and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and other material on record.

The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows: "........to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in trying to demolish the house of the petitioner bearing H.No.2-197, Kodada Municipality, Suryapet District, Telangana State, without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice; consequently to direct the 2nd respondent not to demolish the house of the petitioner bearing H.No.2-197, Kodada Municipality, Suryapet District, Telangana State, without following due process of law, and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is submission of the learned Standing Counsel that they followed due process of law and without due process of law they are not going to interfere.

By recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
