This writ petition is filed seeking direction to grant leasehold rights for the year 2013-14 by receiving the lease amount from the Vice President of the society to exploit the fishes in Rajsamdram Tank, Chamanpalli village, Karimnagar Mandal and District.

3. Since the said period had expired, the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
