THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SUR.ENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1O22 OF 2o2o ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is frted under Section 482 ot the Code of Criminal Procedure, L9T3 (for short ,Cr.p.C.J by the petitioners/ A2 & A'3 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.139O of 2OLT on the hle of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offence alleged against the petitioners are under Section 42O of the Indian Penal Code.
2. The crime is of the year 2Ol2 and charge sheet was filed in the year 20 14. When the case was listed on 73.O2.2O2O this Court while ordering notice to the 2.d respondent, dispensed with the personal appearance of the petitioners/A2 & A'3 in C.C.No. i39O of 2017 subject to the condition that they shall appear as and when required by the trial Court. Thereafter, the case is listed today. Since three years have passed and the stage of the case in the
trial Court is not known, this Court does not find any reason to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
