HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16363 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner - accused, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposit for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" imposed in the order dated 25.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3316 of 2016 in Cr.No. 300 of 2016 of II Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act at Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioner, is hereby relaxed. Moreover, the condition to the extent that " personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/ -" is hereby modified as " personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/ - (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only)" . All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
