Petitioner had made a representation on 29.04.2017 seeking appointment as Anganwadi Worker in Karevemula Village of Kurnool District to the 4th respondent. Petitioner's grievance is that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation.

The Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for 4th respondent states that the 4th respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dt.29.04.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
