HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1021 OF 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking extension of time to deposit the petitioner's passport granted by the order dated 03.10.2019 passed in Crl.MP.No.2696 of 2019 in Crime No.395 of 2019 of P.S. WPS CCS DD, Hyderabad.

Aggrieved by the order dated 03.10.2019, the petitioner filed Crl.MP.No.21 of 2019 before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad seeking extension of time, but the said petition was dismissed on 21.01.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time granted by the lower Court to deposit the passport on the ground that the petitioner's brother's health was not stable and to accompany him, the petitioner sought for extension. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Crl.MP.No.21 of 2019 in Crime No.395 of 2019, is modified and the petitioner is granted further time of ten days to deposit his passport bearing No.J8990853. With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
