Sri P.Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for petitioner submitted a letter in the Registry on 01.06.2017 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and the unofficial 5th respondent. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
