This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 23.8.2016 passed in I.A. No.188 of 2016 in O.S. No.5 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Peddapalli.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court delivered the judgment in O.S.No.5 of 2007 on 04.12.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
