This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue writ of Mandamus to consider the representations made by the petitioner firm dt.29.12.2016 and 03.01.2017 to the respondent authorities to restore the power supply to the petitioner firm M/s. Radhika Rice Industries, situated in Allipuram Village, Mattampally Mandal, Nalgonda District as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to restore the electricity connection to the petitioner firm."

Heard, Sri Praveen Kumar Veerajala, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner herein submitted representations on 29-12-2016 and 03-01-2017 to the respondents herein and no orders have been passed on the said representations so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations, in accordance with

law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 29-12-2016 and 03-01-2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
