The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted application dated 20.11.2019 to the 2nd respondent for causing mutation of his name in revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.28 guntas in Sy.No.307/1, Rebbena Village, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad District. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
