THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1500 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri P.Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that insofar as the issue of payment of wages is concerned, the respondent has absolved herself by making the payment. Learned counsel further states that no proceeding has been issued reinstating the petitioner in service. However, the learned Government Pleader for Forests states that the petitioner has submitted a joining report, which is sufficient to constitute his reinstatement in service.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. It shall be open to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance, if any, with regard to the quantum of wages by way of independent proceedings in accordance with law. No order as to costs. ___________________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J Date:09.10.2015 GJ
