Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent Corporation.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents No.2 and 3 in acting upon the representations submitted by the petitioner Dt: 28-06-2019, 29-06-2019, 12-07-2019, 15-07-2019, 13-08-2019, 2808-2019, and 03-02-2020 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to letter issued by the 5th respondent Dt:26-09-2019 and consequently direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to act upon the above representations and remove the illegal and unauthorized constructions in accordance with law and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of submitting representations dated 28.06.2019, 29.06.2019, 12.07.2019 and other letters, the second and third respondents are not acting upon the said representations and not taking any action by removing the illegal and unauthorized constructions.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the second and third respondents submits that the representations submitted by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.

Taking the above said submission of the learned standing counsel appearing for the second and third respondents into consideration, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second and third respondents to consider the representations dated 28.06.2019, 29.06.2019, 12.07.2019,

15.07.2019, 13.08.2019, 28.08.2019, and 03.02.2020 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
