THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2511 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Khammam Rural Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. According to the said instructions, after completion of the investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Court of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Khammam and the Court took the same on record as C.C.No.1137 of 2017 and the case stands posted to 22.03.2018. It is further stated that along with the charge sheet, the seized stock i.e., crackers was deposited before the said Court vide Form No.60, dated 16.10.2017. 2.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate for redressal of her grievance. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
