THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.865 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.652 of 2018 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 506 and 507 of IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have referred the case as 'Civil Nature' on 30.04.2019 vide proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Banjarahills Division, No.283/Per/ACP-BH Dn/2019.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
