THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1032 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the docket order, dated 17.11.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1790 of 2017 in DVC No.178 of 2012 on the file of the V Addl. Junior Civil Judge-cum-FAC of Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Special Mobile Court, Guntur. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

The order, dated 17.11.2017 passed by the Court below reads as under:

"Petitioner present.

PS recorded for Rs.5,000/-.

Respondents 1 and 2 absent. Petition filed and dismissed. Issue NBW against respondents. Posted to 06.12.2017." All orders passed in the DVC proceedings are appealable under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The petitioners are given liberty to assail the same in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
