HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 9930 of 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the substantive prayer in the writ petition. However, he submits that his client is satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to file explanation to the notice, dated 01.05.2003, issued by the Executive Officer/respondent No.5Temple, within four weeks from today, with a further direction to respondent No.5 to consider and dispose of the representation. The writ petition is disposed of by giving four weeks time from today to the petitioners to file explanation, if any, to the notice, dated 01.05.2003, issued by the Executive Officer/respondent No.5-Temple and the Executive Officer is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within three months from the receipt of explanation. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
